C-1The aim of the course is to broaden the knowledge of the biological and cultural determinants of human spatial behavior.
C-2Gain the knowledge about the impact of architectural and planning solutions for human spatial behavior and the nature of social relationships.
C-3The acquisition of knowledge about the environmental stresses and the consequences of life in the urban environment.
C-4Learn about the causes of the social pathologies and their relationship to the character of the spatial environment.
C-5Gain the knowledge of the strategies and the principles of the design and planning activities which allow to develop a safe and human-friendly environment.

Evolution of the threshold space and the entrance to the building, internal communication systems. The conflicts of the vicinity of the public and private space.15

Knows the spatial and social causes of stress in the built environment. Knows the causes of urban and social pathology and strategies for crime prevention through urban planning and architectural design; knows the rules of safe space design. Understand the impact of design decisions and planning the nature and level of risks of crime in the built environment.
